Norman Powell Throws it Down Against the Sixers

Norman Powell got some extended minutes in the first half against the Phildelphia 76ers on Wednesday night with DeMarre Carroll and Terrence Ross out with injuries. Powell showed off his hops with the steal and the breakaway dunk in Philly.
