"Let's Go Bruno" The Night Bruno Caboclo Made His NBA Debut and Won the Internet

The Raptors finished off their seven game homestand on a strong note. They were just one point short of one of their largest margins of victory with a 124-83 win over the Milwaukee Bucks to move to 10-2 on the season. With the game well in hand and a 43-point lead going into the fourth quarter, Raptors rookie Bruno Caboclo was ready to make his NBA debut, and the internet was ready.

If Bruno doesn't get in I can only conclude Casey is anti-Brazilian.

His first basket in the NBA was an alley oop dunk and the Air Canada Centre erupted. Instead of 'Defence' chants, there were 'BRU-NO' chants. Instead of 'Let's Go Raptors' chants, there were 'Let's Go Bru-no' chants. This was by far, the most excitement I've seen over fourth quarter garbage time basketball.

Bruno Caboclo followed up his dunk with a three pointer and finished the night with 8 points, 1 rebound and 1 block in 12 minutes of play. The Raptor fans at the ACC had found a new found fan favourite.
