RAPS 107, BOBCATS 103
Man, I love these Bosh pics.
The Raptors showed some real emotion and hustle last night. I don't know if I've ever seen Andrea Bargnani skip up the court screaming but last night everyone finally witnessed some emotion from the big man. Il Mago hit a clutch three with 10.9 to play to put the Raptors up four points in what was a very close game all the way through. It was a playoff-type of atmosphere at the ACC as the Raps put on an impressive effort to string together a season-high five game winning streak.
This play says it all:
Bosh had an amazing performace and finished with 33 points and 13 rebounds. Andrea Bargnani had an equally impressive game with 28 points in 41 minutes of play.
For the Bobcats, Stephen Jackson led the team with 30 points and 5 assists. Gerald Wallace had 15 points and 6 rebounds.
Key Notes:
- Hedo Turkoglu did not return in the second half (bruised right knee)
- Bosh was perfect from the line: 11 for 11
- Marco Belinelli had 13 points off of the bench for the Raps including this 3rd Quarter buzzer beater
- Charlotte had 21 turnovers to Toronto's 9
- Toronto had 39 fast break points
- For a Bobcats perspective, check out Rufus On Fire
- DeRozan Watch: 20 minutes, 10 points, 2 rebounds
- HAPPY NEW YEAR, RAPS FANS!
